La membre r\u00e9gionale orientale Belgienne Christine Mauel (PFF-MR) voit les mesures fiscales du gouvernement wallon sur la bonne voie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-415506\"><\/span>La r\u00e9forme, qui pr\u00e9voit une r\u00e9duction drastique des frais d&rsquo;enregistrement immobilier (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e r\u00e9daction d&rsquo;argent) de 12,5% \u00e0 3% pour l&rsquo;acquisition de votre propre appartement, a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 des MR et les Engag\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour faciliter l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des jeunes familles et des m\u00e9nages.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_383933\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"max-width: 300px\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-383933 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/vieassociative.be\/actualites\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/MAEUR-La-reforme-de-limpot-sur-limmobilier-montre-le-premier.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"  ><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">La membre r\u00e9gionale de Belge de l&rsquo;Est Christine Mauuel. Photo: PFF<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les premiers chiffres des barom\u00e8tres d&rsquo;urgence montrent que le nombre de ventes immobili\u00e8res a augment\u00e9 de 12,47 au premier trimestre de 2025 par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. De plus, il y a eu une augmentation remarquable du volume de pr\u00eat de 27,5 pour cent en Belgique. Ces chiffres indiquent que la r\u00e9forme a une influence positive claire sur le march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le d\u00e9put\u00e9 r\u00e9gional lib\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Mauuel regrette que l&rsquo;opposition, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Freddy Mockel (Ecolo), a exprim\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises une critique de la r\u00e9forme malgr\u00e9 ces r\u00e9sultats positifs. \u00ab\u00a0Lors de la r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 lundi, l&rsquo;Ecolo-Mandatar a exprim\u00e9 ses pr\u00e9occupations que la r\u00e9forme passait au-del\u00e0 de son objectif et que la revitalisation du march\u00e9 ait augment\u00e9 les prix de l&rsquo;immobilier. Cela a \u00e9chou\u00e9 l&rsquo;effet de la r\u00e9duction des taxes.
