Les montres de fitness sont des outils fantastiques pour la plupart des coureurs, mais ils ne sont pas pour moi, surtout lorsque je ne m&rsquo;entra\u00eene pas pour une course sp\u00e9cifique. <\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que, pour moi, il y a une libert\u00e9 distincte dans la course <em>sans <\/em>un plan de formation. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 suivre des programmes structur\u00e9s avec des rythmes, des distances et des types d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sp\u00e9cifiques, j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier l&rsquo;art de la course intuitive &#8211; ce qui a permis \u00e0 mon guide corporel plut\u00f4t que de ma montre.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"the-joy-of-watchless-running\">La joie de courir sans surveillance<\/h2>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;abandonner ma montre de course \u00e9tait consciente. Plus obs\u00e9d\u00e9 par le rythme, la distance ou la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque. Au lieu de cela, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une connexion plus profonde avec les rythmes et signaux naturels de mon corps. Je mesure mes courses moins en kilom\u00e8tres ou en minutes, et plus dans les points de rep\u00e8re, les sch\u00e9mas de respiration et l&rsquo;effort per\u00e7u. Mon corps est devenu ma m\u00e9trique la plus fiable. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-run-without-a-training-plan\">Comment courir sans plan de formation<\/h2>\n<p>Sans donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques, je me concentre sur trois indicateurs cl\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<h3>Faites attention \u00e0 votre mod\u00e8le de respiration<\/h3>\n<p>Mon souffle est devenu mon compteur de vitesse personnel. Un \u00abbon\u00bb rythme signifie respirer dans mon nez ou maintenir une conversation confortable. Quand je veux pousser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, je me laisserai respirer plus fort, mais jamais au point de ne pas pouvoir encha\u00eener quelques mots. Ce gouverneur naturel me maintient honn\u00eate sur mon niveau d&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9coutez les commentaires de votre corps<\/h3>\n<p>Je fais attention \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont mes pieds frappent le sol, que mes \u00e9paules soient d\u00e9tendues et si ma forme est fluide. Ces indices physiques me disent plus sur ma qualit\u00e9 de course que n&rsquo;importe quelle montre GPS. Lorsque mes pas se sentent l\u00e9gers et que ma posture reste grande, je sais que je bouge bien.<\/p>\n<h3>Faites attention \u00e0 vos signaux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/h3>\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre le plus important, j&rsquo;\u00e9coute comment mon corps ressent la journ\u00e9e <em>apr\u00e8s <\/em>une course. La fatigue musculaire l\u00e9g\u00e8re est bien, mais tout soup\u00e7on de douleur articulaire ou de fatigue excessive signifie que j&rsquo;ai besoin de reprendre. Cette attention \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9viter les blessures plus efficacement que lorsque je suivais des plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement stricts.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"the-advantages-of-a-slow-and-steady-approach\">Les avantages d&rsquo;une approche \u00ab\u00a0lente et stable\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Sans une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance de course qui se profile, je peux vraiment adopter l&rsquo;approche \u00ab\u00a0lente et stable\u00a0\u00bb de ma course. Je ne construis pas vers un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sp\u00e9cifique; Je construis une pratique de course durable. Cela signifie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Prendre de v\u00e9ritables journ\u00e9es faciles (la plupart des jours sont des jours faciles)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Augmenter progressivement la distance par la sensation plut\u00f4t que la progression forc\u00e9e<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Respecter la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration autant que la course elle-m\u00eame<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ajout d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 uniquement lorsque mon corps se sent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lastique et dispos\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"the-benefits-of-intuitive-running\">Les avantages de la course intuitive<\/h2>\n<p>Cette approche plus intuitive a transform\u00e9 ma relation avec la course. Finie la pression pour frapper certains pas ou des cibles hebdomadaires de kilom\u00e9trage. Au lieu de cela, chaque course devient une occasion de se connecter aux capacit\u00e9s de mon corps ce jour-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement de ma mentalit\u00e9 hippie &#8211; c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable hack de fitness pour moi. Je me suis retrouv\u00e9 plus coh\u00e9rent que jamais, en partie parce que je ne m&rsquo;\u00e9puise pas en essayant de m&rsquo;en tenir \u00e0 un horaire arbitraire. Certains jours, je cours plus longtemps, d&rsquo;autres sont plus courts. Certains jours, je me retrouve naturellement \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le rythme, tandis que d&rsquo;autres, je me contente de bouger dans ce qui ressemble \u00e0 un murmure.<\/p>\n<p>Ne vous m\u00e9prenez pas. Je sais qu&rsquo;il y a un temps pour l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et la diligence &#8211; j&rsquo;ai couru six marathons, apr\u00e8s tout. Mais il est parfait pour maintenir la forme physique et la joie \u00e0 courir. Je construis une base qui me servira bien quand je d\u00e9cide de m&rsquo;entra\u00eener pour un autre marathon. Plus important encore, je cultive une pratique durable que je peux maintenir pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>La beaut\u00e9 de la course r\u00e9side dans sa simplicit\u00e9. Pas de gadgets, pas d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement compliqu\u00e9 &#8211; juste moi, mon souffle et la route \u00e0 venir.
