Il avait le go\u00fbt du yaourt et la richesse du fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, et cela m&rsquo;a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 ranger le pita d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re que le houmous n&rsquo;aurait jamais pu. J\u2019ai ensuite pass\u00e9 de nombreuses ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019acheter dans des \u00e9piceries chics avant de r\u00e9aliser que je pouvais en fabriquer moi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, \u00ab\u00a0faire\u00a0\u00bb semble \u00eatre un mot fort, car transformer un yaourt nature en ce fromage cr\u00e9meux, agr\u00e9ablement piquant et tartinable ne n\u00e9cessite gu\u00e8re plus que de remuer et d&rsquo;attendre. Il est traditionnellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du yaourt au lait de ch\u00e8vre, mais vous pouvez le pr\u00e9parer avec du yaourt au lait de vache entier si vous ne trouvez pas de produits laitiers de ch\u00e8vre dans votre r\u00e9gion. J&rsquo;aime utiliser du yaourt grec, car il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 filtr\u00e9 \u2013 le labneh est tr\u00e8s filtr\u00e9, donc commencer avec un yaourt plus \u00e9pais peut r\u00e9duire le temps d&rsquo;attente.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que vous avez tri\u00e9 votre yaourt, vous saupoudrez d&rsquo;un peu de sel (pour aider \u00e0 extraire l&rsquo;eau), remuez, \u00e9gouttez, puis laissez-le pendre et \u00e9goutter au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"easy-homemade-labneh\">Labn\u00e9 maison facile<\/h2>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1 pot de 16 onces de yaourt grec entier (j&rsquo;ai entendu dire que vous pouvez utiliser du yaourt faible ou sans gras, mais je ne ferais pas \u00e7a \u00e0 moi-m\u00eame ou \u00e0 vous.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 bien 1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel casher<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tapissez un tamis de quelques couches de gaze, m\u00e9langez le sel \u00e0 votre yaourt et versez-le dans le tamis. <\/p>\n<p>Pliez l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de gaze sur le yaourt, placez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et laissez-le \u00e9goutter pendant 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que le soleil s&rsquo;est couch\u00e9 et lev\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e compl\u00e8te s&rsquo;est \u00e9coul\u00e9e, transf\u00e9rez votre fromage maintenant un peu ferme, mais toujours tartinable dans un bol et donnez-lui un bon filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et une pinc\u00e9e de za&rsquo;atar. Mettez-le dans votre bouche avec du pita. (Labneh se conserve au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique pendant deux semaines.)<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourriez manger du labneh uniquement de cette fa\u00e7on pour le reste de votre vie et \u00eatre heureux, mais c&rsquo;est une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner \u00e9tonnamment polyvalente. Voici quelques choses que vous pourriez (et devriez) faire avec ce mat\u00e9riel\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Versez-en une cuiller\u00e9e dans la soupe aux tomates comme vous le feriez avec de la cr\u00e8me sure ou de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Utilisez-le comme base pour une trempette \u00e0 l\u2019oignon super bombe.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Garnissez-le de fruits frais et arrosez d\u2019une r\u00e9duction balsamique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Utilisez-le litt\u00e9ralement comme vous utiliseriez de la cr\u00e8me sure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hachez les l\u00e9gumes et les olives de Kalamata et m\u00e9langez-les pour obtenir une tartinade tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Utilisez-le comme vous le feriez avec de la mayonnaise dans une salade de poulet, de thon ou de pommes de terre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9talez-le sur votre bagel du matin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fondamentalement, si vous pensez qu\u2019un aliment b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierait d\u2019une tartinade cr\u00e9meuse, piquante et onirique, optez pour le labneh. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cette tartinade de yaourt acidul\u00e9e se situe quelque part entre le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et la cr\u00e8me sure.
